Why MyLabelDesk
exists
Record labels operate on spreadsheets, email chains, and disconnected tools. This works for occasional releases, but breaks down as labels grow. MyLabelDesk brings structure and reliability to label operations—from demo intake to signed releases, all in one system.
What we build
We build systems, not isolated tools. MyLabelDesk replaces manual label work with structured workflows that connect intake, decisions, contracts, and releases.
It acts as a single source of truth for every release. Decisions are logged, contracts are generated from the same data, and analytics pull from the same source. Labels no longer need separate tools for messaging, contracts, analytics, or project management.
Who we build for
MyLabelDesk is built for record labels only. We serve small independent labels releasing occasionally, growing labels managing monthly releases, and established labels operating at scale with structured teams.
We do not target artists directly. This is a B2B platform designed for label operations, from solo founders to enterprise-level organizations.
How we think about software
Labels operate under deadline pressure. Releases have fixed dates, contracts have legal requirements, and metadata must be accurate. MyLabelDesk prioritizes reliability over flexibility.
We build structured workflows that match how labels actually work, not generic project management tools. Every feature is designed for label operations: demo intake, A&R decisions, contract generation, release tracking, and analytics.
The system enforces consistency. This reduces errors, speeds up operations, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks when deadlines approach.
About the founder

Anton Claeysoone
Founder & CEO
Built MyLabelDesk to bring structure to label operations. Focused on reliability, careful iteration, and close collaboration with labels.
Long-term vision
MyLabelDesk is built as a long-term platform. We focus on stability, careful iteration, and close collaboration with labels to understand their evolving needs.
Our goal is to become a standard operational platform for modern labels. This means prioritizing reliability over rapid feature additions, maintaining backward compatibility, and ensuring the system remains stable as labels scale their operations.
